HELP NEEDED

My One touch screen is not working and it’s stuck in controller mode

I mostly work in controller mode so when I power off I keep it in controller so when I power on it goes right into that mode

But now the touch screen isn’t working so I can’t get it out of controller mode

Is there a way to switch to standalone from the software? I can’t reset preferences or try and reinstall firmware to get the touchscreen working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a hardware reset I can try when powering on?

You can try the following.
Press and hold the following keys,
FULL LEVEL + BROWSE + PAD BANK C/G
And turn on the MPC.

Thx I tried that and many other boot up options. Doesn’t do anything to help touchscreen

At this point I’m done with the One. Had a terrible experience with One+ and now after a year the One is basically a brick …

Doing some research I see there is a repeated issue with the touchscreen but I can’t find any resolutions.

It’s beyond time to get my OG live fixed. It at least lasted more than a year…
