I use the MPC Software in Cubase/Mac. Still works only on VST2. That means I have to run Cubase in Rosetta-Mode. As Steinberg dicontinued VST2 I hope that the VST3-plugin will be available soon.

Lets put it this way. I bought Komplete 15 CE specifically to use with my MPC.
I bought the X SE specifically for use with Komplete 15 CE, as previously I was rocking the studio.

Hundreds of instruments. All most all of which work with Kontakt (which version 7 and version 8 are only available in vst3 format as most modern plugins are)

Neither of which can I use with the software. $2500 basically wasted because once again, some developers got lazy and wasted our time and money.

I am curious if anyone knows of alternative software to mpc software that may be close to as good? I have nuendo and fl studio, neither really seem to have any strong support.

Did you try a VST wrapper? These apparently work quite well.

Otherwise, wait for MPC Software 3 and see if that supports VST3....
