Wow.

Sorry dawg, but this question qualifies for the ultimate RTFM award.
Or not even RTFM - you could also just look at the machine and spot the 'load' button.

Good, now start reading the manual and pushing the buttons.
Good luck and remember the manual is your friend, it provides you with loads of information and it will never tell you to RTFM or STFW or STFA.
Don't be afraid to try things, you can not destroy the mpc by pushing buttons, you might wipe a disk by accident but that's part of the learning process.

I have always wondered what RTFM means.

ROTFLMAO!!!!!
(Ron: it means "Rolling On The Floor Laughing My A s s Off")

That's ONE way of doing it - it works because they apparently put the song in an 'autoload' folder. But there IS a 'load' button (shift-3, look at the damn machine!), which allows you to load folders without turning the MPC off and back on!!!
You will need this function once you start saving your own stuff, but I guess that's way in the future for you. What have you been doing the last couple of days, turning the machine on and off, listening to the demo sequence? Bangin' some pads maybe? In the dark so you didn't spot the 'load' button? Will you ever consider actually sampling something, or mabye even creating your own sequence?

I'm not trying to dis you or anything, but damn, dawg - you gotta start using this machine. Don't you know baby Jezus cries every time he sees an MPC gathering dust?

Same thing happens when he sees peeps who buy MPC's but don't read manuals.
