asr-10/mpc 1000

Anyone using this combo if so how is it working 4 u?

what do you want to know. I have this combo. I use my ASR for loops and for real insturuments. My MPC for drums and chops, I know its a little diffrent from how everyone else uses it, but it works for me

I was thinking about getting 1 to go with my "1000" and was wondering how the set up was working 4 everybody else.

I like it, but you have to be honest with yourself. Have you master you MPC yet? I didn't by the time I got mine and It sat for a while. When I really started to use it most of the functions that I used on my ASR I could do on the MPC. I like the ASR for the effects, filters and sampler and instruments. It beats the MPC in just about every area expect sequencing. but I really don't use mine much because I perfer work flow with my MPC. But don't let me scare you from coppin one if you want it.

Thinking about using it as a sampler and 4 instruments..
