what type of mpc do you have ?
If it's the 2000 classic then it won't work. The 2000 classic does not read iso formated cd's.

Usually if you burn a disk usin Nero or whatever it converts to wav.Or will at least give you an option as to what file type. Are you using a program or are you tryin' to drop and drag?

i cant play any of the sounds with windows media player or real player....i would like to save the sounds in a wav form but it comes in a zipped folder and when you extract it asks you nothing about what file type you would like to save it as...has anyone else purchased sounds from here and if so how did you get it to your mpc......i have the mpc2000xl professional with a built in zip drive

windows media player says it supports AU files....but it's not playing these sounds....and now that i have them extracted how do i go about changing the format....usually this is a simple fix...but nowhere is it asking me what format would you like to save this in

You also may wanna go back to convert the sounds from the CD with CDXtract.

Peace.

Since you have them extracted.Go inot the media player and do a search for new files.Once it adds them to the library.Drag them to the right and add them to a burn list.Once there you can burn them to disk. When it burns it should convert them to wav. or some other type of usable file.

That should work.

None of the above. The sounds in the pack you bought are in MPC SND format which computers identify as 'AU fomat'.

Just extract the files from the zip file 'as is' - don't convert them to any other format and don't try playing them in your computer because they wont work - they'll only play in an MPC

ok...thanks for responding......i still have them in snd format...but when i put them on my zip and put it in the mpc2000xl pro...it see's nothing on the disk....that's my real problem
