"scsi read error"

I used to have no trouble loading from my 250 and 100 meg zip drives but now i am gettin on both of them when i try to laod anything "scsi read error" I hear that i need a new cartridge or something along those lines. i am asuming this is hard ware but i apparently need some called disk2file as well, does anyone have a copy of this or know hwere i can get a free copy.
P.S - I am in Australia so please dont post shop names - thanks!

Thanks for the link but this is not the program its just a 30 day trial which i cannot use. Is there anything available for free that does the same and if so can anyone send me a copy??

im fuking off zips all together. go the card reader and a 1gb card. you can back up to in-expensive cdr's. and have all your work on the one cart, ready to go. so ill be selling a 250mb ZIP (int) if any1 wants it b4 it hits ebay.

yeah im actually doing the same but i just want to retreive my beats before i do it and i heard that this 'disk2file' is the way to do it.
Any other thoughts please??
