installing multi card reader

has anyone here installed a multicard reader on an old 2kXL? I saw one on ebay that wasn't the new MCD that had one(still grey) If so, was it hard or expensive? How's it working?

printer cartridge refill lodged in bed ridden comatose/
ambien overdose I slam her in overgrowth/
and under overgrowth wrote bathroom crippled symbol/ I invented it, deformed widow horn grated with thimble

Not too difficult if you aren't afraid of computers, wires and that type of stuff. Depending on where you are in the world it can cost from 30 -100 or so US dollars. It's probably a good choice if you want easy transfer of files to your pc.

Search this forum - a number of people have installed a drive already.
