Lets say I want to get a song which I turned into a sequence on my MPC and put it on my computer. I have already turned it into a WAV (Sample). Only problem is I dont have enough memory on my CF card to save it. Is it at all possible to transfer it to my computer without saving it? Any help would be great.

unfortunately the way the usb works is by saving it to the card first. there is no way to streamline a transfer without using the CF card. your only solution is to get a bigger CF card. with the prices the way they are you can get a 1gb cf card for less than $75USD

Cut some files from your memory card.

Use windows explorer and edit-cut the files, edit-paste them onto your hard drive. Once the files have been cut they will only exist on the hard drive and you should have enough space to save again on the memory card.

it will help in the long run for you to go get the larger card. it doesn't cost much. you'll find when you have your programs on your card and by trying to save a seq as a wav, you will run out of space very quickly.

if you have a decent sound card you can also record with your pc using the free recording software audacity.
