Man you talk a grip of sh*t. I expected a lot more from you. Your out your league in this battle G'. 93 flavor or not, Drumat!ic just has superior skill compared to you. Layering wise, programming wise, sound selection wise.
I hope this "funeral" beat is 10 notches higher then that weak Star Wars theme you were flipping on the first one. If not, this battle for you was lost before it started.

Lets put up some facts before you go dissing.
1. This is my thread homie, I'll respond when and where I see fit. I was never through with you. You came at me with some DUMB sh*t, and got your ass handed to you like a Grand Canyon tourist. You moved on and attacked the lesser woven arguments.
2. Thats my man, of course i'm going to support his works. With that said, like Madlib on "Another demo". I have an open mind, and gave your beat an honest listen. I didn't instantly shut it down ether. I played it probably 3-4 times. In the end, I didn't feel it was that tight, and it certainly doesn't stand up to even the weakest of beats my man Drumat!c has. If you want me to critique in-depth why I feel that your beat came mad short, I will.
3. You haven't heard any material from me, cause nothing of mine is on the internet. You need to stop assuming things and spraying sh*t like it's fact. As for you not feeling Drums beats, thats you. Evil Dee, Lord Sear, and Ski didn't seem to share your sentiments. Your entitled to your opinion though. Regardless, I suspect you wouldn't give any of his material a fair shot ether way because of your spite for him in this thread. Deep inside you probably know that dude out classes you, but you'll never admit that. And if it's not of that, i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say your ears are not equiped to handle real Hip-Hop sh*t anymore. Perhaps if he used a 2000XL and a XV5080 with some 1/32t hats you'd show some more love.

In regards to the Star Wars theme comment, after I posted the reply I actually took the time to think, "I bet the first thing he trys to point out is that his beat was not from the Star Wars theme". - LOL. Your mad predictable son. Obviously you didn't flip the intro to Star Wars. A non-Hip-Hop cat could point that out. I simply ment that your sample selection sounded like some sh*t that came from a Star Wars type flick.
5. As for my label, you wouldn't know if you heard of it or not because I've never told anyone on this forum what my label is called. Left Behind Records is a guise I use to selling records and studio equipment. Not putting out music. You don't even know my handle in music.. Thier you go with that assumption non-sense again.

I JUST had a session with Evil Dee in NYC for the upcoming Beatminers compilation (they bought TWO of my beats for it), so who are YOU foolin, dog??? Is your boy gettin' checks for his beats or just PROPS??? Suckaz!!! You ain't schooled no one, actually YOU got your ass busted by a couple of heads in this very thread. And I didn't know YOU own a thread if you open it... what a cornball!!! This WAS a friendly beat battle between ME and Drumat!c, NOT Me, Drumat!c and Drumat!c's di@k!!! Lets clarify, Drumat!c is my man. We also work together musically. So I SUPPORT his music, not dick ride his music. I also told you that I gave your music a chance by keeping an open mind. It wasn't put together poorly, it just lacked vibe. The drum pattern was weak, the melody lacked emotion, the layered sounds clashed with the melody.. Just telling you how it is homeboy.

I can't speak for Drum on checks or props. But for me personally, "give me my props yo". I got other functions to make paper. And I got a family just like you do, the difference is your mentality is compelled by dollars. And just to make things crystal clear for you, of course I make music with the intention to make dollars, but not at the expense of changing up my scripts to get the dollars.

If the rest of the forum likes your MAN's tracks better, cool. I'm not in the business of changing peoples opinion. I just don't think you should be braggin' that hard on YOUR MAN, period!!! I ain't dissin, I've just heard the Hubert Laws, Bobbi Humphrey etc. samples used better than YOUR MAN. My opinion, just as you have yours!! And if you have a family it is about making money for them, so you can dead that issue!! It's funny how YOU talk about how I "changing up my scripts to get the dollars." hahaha What scripts??? Do you know me??? You have no idea, money. So if people aren't into 'The Golden Era" style, their changin' their style for money??? hahaha... There's more styles in hiphop then just 89-95 duke!! There are no rules to hip hop. period!
hip hop in it's simplest, is like folk music.

I know that is wierd, but it is just common people making music with whatever instruments/materials available to them. the reason everone and their brother are making it, is because of the FREEDOM of expression, that the genre provides.
hip hop has always been pop music, atleast world wide since abour 1982 or 1983. It was underground in the 70's, when it was stictly an east coast phenomenon.
it's all about hot beats, intersting sounds, and nice mic skills.
keep the ladies dancing, keep the dude buying drinks, everyone has a good time, sometimes some one gets shot.
we've all grown up with hip hop, and hip hop has grown up with us. It will never be the same as it was, it cannot.
it is like a river. You can never step foot into the same river twice, because it is constantly changing.
The only thing in the universe that is constant is change. hip hop keeps changing like EVERYTHING in the universe.
energy doesn't die it just changes form. The golden era did not die, it gave brth to the new innovators, i.e. madlib, kanye, just balze etc...
for every action, there is an equal and oppisite reaction. hip hop went from being a fad in the eyes of the mainstream, to being the mainstream. Once the market was big enough for people to start making millions, than that has to force a change in the game.
The artist's making millions, make it possible for people like, living legends, stonesthrow, binary star, and all the small time groups to make a living.
The market is huge. Big enough for us all to get a pieceof the pie. some people don't want a large piece, and some people want to eat it all.
That is my two cents.
