how can i find how much my zipdrive can take, as in the zip disks how much mb.

when you bought it, it should have told you what kind it is. either 100mb or 250mb. i heard the 250mb disks dont work in the 100mb drive (for some reason)....

i guess they didnt tell you, so im not sure...

yhea that's what i heard that u cant put 250's in a 100 zip, that's **** up but i got my zip without the box when i bought it in the store.

It should say on the front of the drive. Either Zip 100 or Zip 250, near the power light (the numbers are written vertically next to the "p" from zip. Typically, the 250 has a curved top while the 100 is more or less a box-shape. You can't use 100MB disks in the 250 drive 'cause the 250 drive is about 4x faster on saving an loading (unless you use the 100MB disk, which will be accessed at the slower speed). Im not sure, but the serial number sticker on the bottom might say what model it is as well.
