mpc 2kxl and motu 828 mk II

has anyboady used or own a motu 828 mk II with their mpc 2kxl im curious about how well it works with the mpc 2k xl im also running cubase sl 3 so i wanna know your advice or opinion on the motu rack

can you use the 8 ins and the 2 mic inputs at the same time and how do you adjust the settings in that small window. and are the midi inpust for midi machine control

Yes. And the digital ins too. So you could track the 8 outs via the line ins, and the main outs via s/pdif, all at the same time.

The midi I/O are for whatever you want to do with them; MMC, clock, CC's, notes... Anything midi. I use mine to sync via Midi Clock, but you could also use 'em to play synths/virtual instruments in your DAW.

it can do up to 20 inputs and 22 outs simultaneously...

I use mine w/ DP 4.5

dame i gotta get it from what ive read already it seems like some thing i should have in my home studio. im useing cubase sl3 i hope it work tight. also how do i download the manual

i just came from the motu site and i look at the partners list and i didnt see cubase i wanted to know if it will work with it.
