Just curious,

Why should people choose for MPC and other hardware producing, instead of software based producing?

I have fun on my MPC I don't have that with software.

When it comes down to making music both software and hardware have their uses. Again, it's up to you and what you want to do.

i use both. midi up the mpc 60 to vsts in cubase sx, reason, fl studio, etc.. Isn't it easier to just tap the drum pattern instead of using mouse clicks? Plus the mpc's pads are the best out there much better then any other midi pads. All the drums and some bass lines i don in the mpc 60's sequencer and i just record midi out.

One thing i like is that u can click record on the softwars sequencer and start tapping out a pattern and aferwards move around groups of notes. its great to improvise until u get that sound u want w/ the mpc pads and another sequencer.
