Yup, mine came with it. You might too, it says 3.10e on the screen at start up. I am really not sure, I think it is just streamlined code, but ask Rlinn for details, or maybe 3000.

Roger Linn said 3.10e just has some bug fixes he didn't say which bugs they were. I got my 60 back and played with it all night the 06h failure message appears to be gone so i'm not going to upgrade unless there is some noticable changes.
