So Is it just one drummer then...? maybe they just layered on an extra track of snare or something....

Love the way his kick drum bumps...especially in the quiet bit.

Like featherboy said, they're German.........and they're far from a "pop" band. Their stuff was very experimental - much of it is way out there.
I've got four of their albums on CD, but I've never even seen one on vinyl.
