did you really ever use?

hey i was just fooling around wit da mp and noticed i dont use the Q-LINKS
so i was like why not, anyway they actually useful, i know this sounds extremely newbie ish since ive had since may 04 but i was like damn!!! anyway NAME SOME THINGS IN THE 1THOU YOU BARELY OR DONT USE!!!! hutch...

yo i barely use them q-sliders to, find them usefull sometimes but i mostly just forget they are even there.

...same with the track mute page.

i have never once used the record function other than for main outs.

pretty rediculous...but that'll all change when the os drops.

i use qlinks a LOT.

Haha Me to, I just found my self recently useing them to do snare roles with pitch on them and as i roll the snare i raise the pitch, cool effect. But nah I dont use them that much, although if it could be use as during real time like do pitch bends during when the sample is playing. Like start the sample and do like a turntable brake on it. That would be sick. But i can just do that on my computer.

I've played around with the q-links, but have never recorded anything to a sequence. Maybe i'll start messin w/ the q-links tonite.

...come to think of it i've never used the assignable outs (my mixing board has been broke from before i even brought my 1k).

yea i think the only reason i even thought about them was bcuz of da new os i dont really use the effects much either bcuz i dont have need to i think ima check out the EQ tonite though bout to start experimenting with it peace hutch

ditto i never understood why cats cry about outs. just as long as your mixing is tight, it dont even matter.

my example for u dont need to do dat shit is the champion sound album. the whole joint was 2 tracked and overdubbed for lyrics.

the champion sound album never heard of it but would like to can gimmie a link?
