Yowza, Shot-in-the-dark time here I know but...
I am in NYC for a short time (as opposed to my usual residence in the T-Dot, Canada) and was wondering if anyone knew of a place in Manhattan/Brooklyn that carries MPC2000 parts like the effects card or the card reader upgrade that VST sells.
No great reason other than shopping in person is always a little better and, well.. uhm...y'know, so the whole shipping/customs/duty thing is not so painful, especially since I currently added an XL to my MPC2k Classic. Haven't had time to sell the Classic so $$ is tight etc etc.
Shoot me a PM if you got any info.
