problem with drum sound pitch

when i load drum sounds from the floppy, they sound totally high pitched. can everyone help me with this problem?

sounds mysterious! When you pitch them down again, how do they sound then? what about other sounds? maybe your default setup is responsible? Give us some more info, so we might solve your problem.
