I bought an akaimpc200xl mcd new an since i have it it freeze while i'm programming. It rungood also for 6 hour.
So i send it to repear cause i still have warranty and they told me that "there is no problem that we can found".
I download the last OS allready and install a tested ram.
Now they probably send the machine again to me like it is cause "the akai technicians" cannot found the problem.

Have somebody a tip or a way to solve this problem.

I try allready so many things that i dont know what i have to do.

Does it work if yu turn it off then back on? If so, most likely you managed to crash your MPC. A lot of people do that when they first get it 'cause they just press buttons like mad trying to figure the thing out, and the processor can't handle it. Try not jumping from screen to screen as fast and ALWAYS back up your songs/beats, 'cause that thing WILL crash from time to time no matter how nice you treat it. Hope this helps you.

Yes is the only things i can do cause no one of the pad or button make a reaction on the mpc.
Then i start agai and within a hour or 2 or 3 it happen again.

I found it really strange cause i try to make different kind of test or menu combination for understand where is the problem.

I never kick the pad cause i have a musicstudio and i love my machine. ;-)

I don't know what to tell you, besides try slowing down between menu jumps or recording or whatever. Chances are you are just presing too many buttons too fast. When I first got my XL, I used to crash it all the time, but now I haven't had it crash in ages. Good luck
