When I sample a record from the turntable into the MPC 2000 it sounds lower than I want it. Even when the full level button is off on the drums that I play in the MP are louder than the recorded sample. So how do I make the sample louder through the MPC?

You run the table right into your MPC? If so, that's your problem. Turntables need to be preamped to get a proper sound level. Run it throug a DJ mixer first. Otherwise you'll have to do what Jac suggested and turn down all your other samples in the mixer screen.
