ill give it a shot, so basically theres no need to sync your mpc to PT? is that what your saying?

no, theres all kinds of reasons to have them synced up

such as?? i dont mean to sound ignorant but one of the reasons PT was appealing to me was because of the midi functions and editing capabilites it has that i thought could possibily be used with the mpc

^^like syncing your mpc with PT

go to the search function> type in "PT"> where it says "search for author" type in "cooocooo1"....

should keep you busy for a while

not really....well, yeah but more so cuz theyve been answered just as many times and the search function works better than people think, just gotta use it right
