Mpc2000xl and Hard drive sizes???

How big of a hard drive can the 2000xl read/write to and will it be able to read/write to hard drives say of 40GB or so.

fron what i heard, the 2kxl can only read up to 4gigs. appearently you can still use a larger hard drive but it will only be able to use 4. but like i said thats what was told to me. but on the real 4gigs is huge any way. i dont know any one who would actually use that much space.
