From Spain.
Hola foreros.
saludos

Welcome to the forums. My girlfiend has just left for Spain this morning!

Any chance we can have that in English? Something about the MPC1000 being really cheap in Spain? If so, maybe I'll give her a call to buy me one when she's out there...(she'll be in Barcelona)

I'd love that in english too. If we'r jus dealing with numbers, lookis like he's saying MP 1000's are going for €680 out in Spain. Hmmm if thats the case Tutor, I may need 1 also. For us, thats like £472..

greetings, everyone.
i've been lurking around here for a minute trying to decide whether i'm gonna drop the money for the 1000, but hadn't joined until now.

i speak spanish as well, so i'll translate, if necessary.
what rivesman is saying is that he works for an electronics shop and his co-workers brought him the 1000 from japan for that price. so, he says, if you got any peeps headed on a trip to japan, give them the cash and you can get the machine for like half the price.

but, i did the math, and converted from euros to u.s. dollars, it comes to about $870. that's the same price as it's available widely here in the u.s., so, sorry, nothing special.

but anyway, let this be my introduction, too. i look forward to learning with y'all. i'm sure i'll have a thousand questions when i finally drop the cash.

He tenido suerte, nada más.
