Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

On the forum, I've found that the best way is for a new folder per song that contains pgm, seq, snds...wavs. However if i make another song with and try to use the same kit, I have to resave all those sounds in the new folder. It keeps it organized but wastes space. I got a 1 gig jaz disk so i'm not worried but just wanted to make sure there are no other interesting organizing techniques...

You dont have to resave it dog. when it asks u to overwrite samples in user memory just hit no

but if I'm saving in another folder it won't know where to load them from later...

i just resave. its good for backing up your songs too.. nice and orderly
