Is there anyone in northern california willing to give me lessons on the mpcxl. In exchange we can work out some sort of agreement weather it be money, soundbanks, networking whatever. I have the ebook and a few dvd's .... I know the basics but I feel that I could benifit more by working with someone that already has their chops on this thing. I learn and go through the ebook everyday but I would like to get with someone close to share information and build with, you know what om saying.

No disrespect to anyone, but don't come in here telling me how I will benifit from what I'm trying to accomplish. If you can't answer my question in regards to helping me learn in my area then don't reply. I'm not here to argue with anyone but I'm not going to sit here and listen to someone tell me what's best for me. I'm new to the board not new to the game.

I feel you on that right there, that's something you can't get from books and videos.. If you were down here in San Diego I wouldn't mind helping you out.. You way up north though. I got a homie Vallejo, I don't know how far that is from you, but he has a home studio and got a real good handle on raping the mpc, lol.. he hangs out in the 4k forums from time to time... DONJAY
