my floppy IDE scoector on the main board is really broke. it can't be fixed. soooooooo is there any way u can boot with a scsi zip on a mpc 2000?

From what I understand, you have to have the OS actually copied on the external media. If you don't have it copied I'd imagine you'd be SOL unless you bought another floppy drive to boot from or have one of the members mail yu a copy of the OS on zip. If I were you, I would probably try calling VST and see if you can get either one of the two. I slay all Search Nazis
