connecting a mixer

what wires do i neeed to plug the mono left and right outputs from my motif ES to a mixer? Also what outputs are similiar on the MPC so that I can also plug into a mixer so that they can plug them into the same mixer so they can both come from the same sound source?

thanx, but another question , how do i sample from a turntable? I've been making beats with my keyboard and mpc and now I want to sample from some of my dads old records. I know you have to connect a turntable to a mixer and then a mixer to the MPC but using what wires? What wires from the turntable to the mixer, and what wires from the mixer to the mpc? This is it thanks alot for the help?
