who bought a MCD kit from akai?

The 2 screws mounted on the floppy drive work... ive had a zip and 2 flash readers in there; screws were no problem, just don't lose em

I have a question for those who have installed the cardreader not from VST. As far as mounting the unit, did you have to buy some additional screws from somewhere or are the screws from the floppy drive suffecient?

I replaced my internal zipdrive by a card reader and used the screws that came with the zip drive so I guess that you might be able to do the same when you replace the floppydrive. I am not 100% positive though.

Pt3r is right. It's all computer parts so the screws will fit the MCD.
