Do you sequence everything on the MPC??

just a question, more out of curiosity then anything...

just wondering if you people sequence everything on the mpc, like external midi devices and the like...
ie: basslines, pads, etc etc
or do you just sequence drums/percussion on the mpc and sequence your other gear/parts in a software sequencer???

i just hooked up my setup so i can sequence some vst instruments on my computer from the mpc also...

sooo whatchaa do??
use the mpc for just drums or sequence everything in the mpc??

the sequencer is tight.

everything from a 60.

because of its tightness, the mpc1000 sequencer is the only one i'm using now.

here's a follow up, I'm looking ointo getting the 1000, I'm hoping to use it to sequence songs in Logic and protools using FXpansion's BFD (a great drum module). can i program a song on the 1000 and just press play to record the midi into the software? i come from the old drum machine beat construction school and would love to be able to do my drums this way.

why even use logic? but yeah, you can do that.
