Is the MPC 3000 able to read 2000(XL)´s .SND files?

Like the topic says.
I loaded some MPC 3000 .SND files into my MPC 2000XL, what worked (the sounds were a bit low leveled).
Now I want to know, if the MPC 3000 is able to read .SND files that were created on a MPC 2000 or 2000XL.

Thanks, but the article only talks about mixer changes and programs.
Has anyone ever tried to load a pure .SND file created on a MPC 2000(XL) into a MPC 3000?

simple answer you can not load MPC2000/XL sounds into a 3000. However check MPC editor to see if it can convert them.......

I think the MPCEditor can do it, if not, then the MPCPGMaker can...
