This is great news to hear for a future 2500 owner...at least I know Akai is working hard to fix all the bugs :)

Program menu.....assign sample to pad....cursor on sample tune...open window...auto

I never owned an MP prior to the 2500 but I see why ya'll were beasting over the A.C Feature. I see more Hot Sh@t in the Future :wink: , oh yeah for my fellow chron chron smokers Burn one for OS 1.2 :D

its good to see they are trying to stay a little more consistant with the OS updates for this mpc...

i had the 2500 for a couple months (jahrome is good ppl ;)) but after coming back from a trip i had to sell it to pay some bills and what not.

only thing that scares me with akai is they are so slow with OS updates and what not but it looks like they are getting a little better with that

maybe ill have a mpc2500 again after all? :shock:

i just synced my computer to my mpc and i used to only be able to sync to my compact flash card on os 1.1 but after i updated i can now sync to the hard drive. all i have to say is PIMP!!!
