Thanks Akai, it's great to see that our crys are being answered and not going unheard!

Top work on the new OS.

Hopefully we wont see too many problems with this update but as long as we keep posting any issues we find on here and send emails to the powers at be, any errors can hopefully be worked out.

:D

It deserves it!!

I hear ya!

Now I just need my beast from the repair shop.... :(

p.s. Have you noticed the email address on the same page as the OS update?

If you go to the main support page it is still [email protected], but there is another on the OS page which is [email protected] - Is this new? I never noticed it before.

This update looks really sweet. Just had a read through the addendum. Pity I'm at work so another four-and-a-half hours before I can get my hands on it.

The new grid views look excellent, exactly what I've wanted.

this is a story as well....

i took it in a month ago to Digital Village southampton who sent it to cimple solutions under warranty to get it repaired. but cimple have been waiting a entire month for proof of purchase from DV!! so it hasnt even been looked at yet.

That's rediculous! They should just send a new one.

One thing, i know we have the addendums but do they have a new PDF of the whole manual with the updates included?

I'm guessing no but though i'd ask anyway as i want to get a reprint of the manual with the extra features added too. Suppose i could just get them added at the back

That new grid edit is awesome!!!

Gotta say though, i'm sure i had a pop jsut after i'd sampled something, stopped the recording then pressed 'keep'

There was a tiny blip right after i pressed it.

What do you mean by "sync"? Accessing the hard drive was possible all the time...that's not a new feature.

I just phoned em up and they said I can have a loan machine - thanks for the idea Sp. Never even thought of it.

Cool :D

MTC + MMC is a great addition. I got Cubase + MPC running in perfect sync!

Props to Akai.

I'll be interested to see if th POPs issue has been fixed.

Watch out if your in the grid-edit mode with the ALL:View and your sequence playing , don't select a pad and press "Do It" , your Mpc will get stuck

To add a little clarity (btw good looks on the heads up!) If your in grid edit mode with the all view selected.

And you Stop your sequence to edit a pad (let's say move a MIDI note wgaf?)

If you press play again while the move event screen is STILL visible and you press do it as Fasttracker said your MP will Lock up.

I peeped the post and wanted to verify if I could reproduce the aforementioned behavior...
