mpc60 need getting started help.

I'm babysitting at my brothers house for the weekend.
And there's this cool drumcomputer I could play on.
So the first few things were quite straightforward (had it explained to me)
I sampled this cool loop and some drumsamples as well.
All assigned to pads.

1. How can I let this machine play the loop, well uhm.. looped?

2. I want to record a drumpattern while the loop is playing and than
ad this to the loop. how?

I just need some quick howto's cuz i'm not able to play with this thing for
much longer
It's a mpc60 roger linn btw.
