I also run on 20 gigs, on my Mac I´ve got 7 gigs so 20 feels big enough for me.

Might not be necessary for you

I've got an 80gb Fujitsu and i wont be upgrading any time soon. I back up all my vinyl to it as well as load in loads of samples etc.

It's not like they're mega expensive, just go with what you can afford and it saves messing about at a later date.

Thats what I was thinking..I don't want to have to get a another later on..I rather get a 80 gig and be content fora really long time...Besides sampling into it, and holding the samples there..I also want to load all of my drums, and previous beats made on the 1k..I rather spend a lil more now anyways..Thanks guys..

An 80gig and a 40gig

Went to fry's just the other day and picked up the 80gig. Come home to show my pops only to find out he has a 40gig brand new in bag.

So he gave me that also.
