I want red pads for my black mpc1k but i'm not sure whats the best
way to go about it, should i use dye or spray paint? any suggestions?

Yup...I think paint could also stiffen up the pads once dry but I'm no expert as well....

im no pad expert , but can u jus peel off tha pad its self without the sensor ?

o ok , thas easy i mite dye mine a different color , does it stay there for a long time if u dye it ??

I understand cats wanna customize and I'll for it, go right ahead but cats want it SO BAD that they dream up stupid shyt and maybe going on ahead and doing it and possibly messing up their great machines.

Please man, don't do the spray paint. Spray painting rubber?

Dye, I can see certain dyes working.

the pads are grey, which means even if you use a red marker it's still gonna look like shit.

What I wanna know is why you would wanna mess your purchase up?

As soon as someone touches their machine with all these insane self-custom jobs the resale value goes way down.

And I have to say i've seen alot of monstrosities on this site as far as home-customizing the MPC. Icluding sh*t paint jobs, lettering and pads. Just horrible.

Buy a model if your bored. Like a muscle car...lol.
