thank you nogginj, some fools like Mr modanR dont understand how LCDs work. I know everyhting is weird in the UK, but im pretty sure LCDs work the same everywhere in the world.

#2 - the human eye picks up red better than any other color, green is most definitely not at the top of the list. have you ever seen a traffic light, a stop sign, or a nazi logo? red is what humans are most sensitive too. im pretty sure they made the screen greenish yello to cut costs, but a red screen would probably really get on yer nerves (im very interested in this picture and how you did it. too bad they **** it up, the old blue on white screens are beautiful

The change is black pads (MPC4000) and a red screen.

well we've seen the black pads, you could take a picture in the dark to show off the 'red' screen! cheers anyway man. out of interest, where did you get this red screen? if it's the standard screen with different LED backlight, could you post up a step by step tutorial, so SkwerlStyle can realise once and for all that LCDs can be backlit with LEDs! cheers

That's the totally odd part... for some reason the camera used some low-light filter (if you had the flash 'off') and it made the friggin' screen look greener than the original!! Lights off, flash on was even worse.
It was done by my studios technician... I really doubt he'd be willing to divulge this info, but I will ask!

try changing the camera to manual mode, that way you can change the shutter time to take better pictures in the dark.

don't have to post a thing about the screen colour change, just be nice to know what backlight the mpc2500 has!

I want a screen with a picture of me behind the main screen looking back at me while I make beats ....is this possible?
