I have seen this on a S-950 with bad on-board memory.
Instead of loading something try samplig something.
Do a .5 or 1 sec sample and see if you hear it.
Then do a max lenght sample and see if you hear it.
Does the unit have a ram expansion? If so pull it out and try sampling.
If you have the old v2 eproms put them in and see if it still does it.
Another thing to try is loading the sounds to see which ones have the noise, then delete all the samples in memory and try loading the ones that had noise one at a time.
Check each on as you load it for noise.

Oh yeah..I use MPC editor too create the kits. Maybe its just the stereo ones Im thinking. Because I Loaded a set of just Mono ones..and everything was good. But Ill try what you said..so i can find the problem exactly.

With the 60 I would just stick to mono samples anyway.

mines a static when a note is triggerd from the bass bpad that get louder with each hit ..

It happens on no other pad? Maybe you should try cleaning your ribbon cable that connects to the pad bank.
