Question on compact flash card.

All compact flash card can work with mpc2500?Maybe some card are better
of others by mark(ex:akai,toshiba,etc.....).Thx-n-adv.

As long as its the same type,brand should not matter.

I have found the Toshiba Micro Drive slow when saving data. You best bet is to try and find the OEM compact flash used for networking applications. They are typically more stable and have a longer life (rewrite) than the retail ones. I recommend SanDisk as that is what Cisco and Nortel uses in there top of this line equipment.

I got 2gb SanDisk and it is quick as you like.

I also got an unbranded card which doesnt seem too different to be honest.

The seek time is what to look for tho. Find out what specs the San Disk card has then compare other cards to it.
