Does anyone know if there is a multicard reader (mcd) type drive for the 2000 classic?

Yep, External scsi ones. It is possible to install internally but you gotta do some heavy moding to your mpc.

Yo! check it.......isn't the 2000 classic a 25 pin scsi? I know it's different from the xl. Correct me if I'm wrong. My cousins scsi port(2000xl) looks smaller than mine(2000 classic).

I just don't want to get rid of my 2000, but hate the storage options. I guess that's why I stick with my 1k mostly.

Count the pins.

Look in the manual (it's in there).

Both are easy to do and would have taken you less time for that than to post that ? up now wouldn't it?

It's nothing to with dope, but like an MPC, search engines have manuals. Read them. One thing stated in the search manual allows one to exclude results by putting a dash (-) in front of the term:

You time finding would be ask quick as you putting in the work. I wouldn't have said manual if I had not have known it was in there.
