Anyone Have A Behringer Mixer? I have a problem/question?!

I have a Eurorack Usb1622fx. There 99 possible effects i can add to each input/output, which is cool and everything but, I dont know how to have NO effect to every input/output. Like there are 99 different effects, including vinylized, reverb, etc.....but alot of sounds that i send through my mixer, i dont want any effect added to them. The little knob that turns each wont let me tune it to 0 (my only guess as to how to do it).

Basically, all that i am asking is 'How do I set this mixer so that not one single effect is added to any input/output'???

to turn your fx off there should be 3 knobs purple colored, the bottom one closest to the faders should be turned all of the way to the left on each channel. I have the UB2222 and that is how I do mine. Hope that helps.

When i turn the purple knobs all the way to the left, that channel input lowers and eventually becomes silent.

Make sure each channel is being routed to whatever you are monitoring... i.e. the "Main" output etc. If the channels go silent, it sounds like you are only monitoring the effect sends and not the actual channels.

Yea thats probably it. Now i dont know how to 'route the monitoring to a channel'. I really dont get what your saying. Can you elaborate, thanks. Appreciate the feedback

Wondering on how you like the quality of the Behringer mixer? I was thinking about getting one.

I guess its good, but i didnt really get the mixer for the effects. The effects are fukking me up. Can anyone else help me out?

Hi!

- On each channel, turn the knob marked "FX" (the one above Pan) all the way to the left

- Turn the knob marked "FX" under "Aux Sends" (below the numeric display) all the way to the left

- Turn the knob marked "FX" under "Aux Returns" all the way to the left (it's the knob right next to the "Aux Sends" one).

This ensures there is no signal going through the FX processor, and nothing coming back from it.

- Make sure each channel has the "Main" button engaged (next to each fader, below "Sub)

- Make sure the "Main mix" button is engaged under the "Source" section IF your amp/speakers is connected to the "Control Room" outputs of the mixer. Also, turn the "Control Room & Phones" up a bit so you can hear what's going on.

- If your amp/speakers are connected straight to the "Main Outs", then just adjust the "Main Mix" faders until satisfied.

I take it you have connected your gear to the jack inputs on each channel, and NOT to the Aux Returns...?

im gettign a major static coming through my UB 1002. i dont know why, a friend who has the same model has the same problem
