Password error !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got my password this morning, when i type it in too the password field en press enter(f6) it shows PASSWORD ERROR !!! .Any of you guys now how too solf this problem

I did for a sec. Then I realized what I thought was a 1 was an I. Check all your letters to make sure you're typing it in right.

I am pretty sure its hex.. 0-9 and A-F

WORD::: i had the exact problem yesterday with the "I" and "1" and the "Ohh" for 0 (ZERO)...

I came to find out that they send me the wrong password !!!, cause i send them a email that the password was gettin an error.So this morning they send me a new one .The last 2 digits where invalid.Big up to JJ for the support
