yo to those who replaced there own pads i gotta question is there a specific solder i need or will any type do?????????

Andrizzle wrote:common resin-core solder from radio shack or similar will do.. be careful with the heat time.. you dont want to loosten up the glue inside.. the heat will travel fast through the traces.. just be sure your iron is HOT and solder quickly and efficiently..pre "tin" the pads.. alternate pads.. ex: solder one trace on one pad..then move on to another and comback to the first after it has cooled a few mins..
