Im sick of using floppys! I lost abot 15-20 beats due to disk read errors. Im trying to hook up a zip drive but I cant get the mp to read it what could it be ? Can anyone please help me the scsi is there but it dosent read ??????????????????????? WHAT DO I DO ???????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

get an internal one, that was the key for me, failing that look on the scsi device and the pins go like 1 2 3 4 I have a cd hooked up via scsi 4 select 4, then scoll to scsi 4 inthe mp, id say the hand book would be best, failing that use one of these on the zip

Zip drive must have termination switches on the back. If it doesn't, it's too new you need to get the old kind. Put in the disk and when it starts spinning goto the disk window and select device: SCSI-1 or whatever number you have the switches set to.
