Wow.....like that is something I really care about. I know MPCs...I know music production gear....folks can seek me for help or not. I don't get paid for this..nor do I care.

You lost credibility a long time ago by buying a 1000 :P

By the way, I am adding some more gear to my arsenal...my low-cost Mac and Motu Digital Performer set-up should arrive within days..damn..another $2Gs....

Buy some talent next time instead.

Don't get you panties in a bunch. I am sorry for insulting your lover.

...only if you spent more time worrying about your own talents....

My talents are both inherient and constantly being refined/ developed. Music is my career. I don't pretend that constantly buying new shit will make me a better musician. People like you fill thier creative void with new toys while the true artists put in WORK.

in more important news, it looks like tonight might be the night for the 2500 os...maybe. it's up in the bug report page, anyway.

right now there's a big old bug - "os not up for download."

i'm excited, although i have a feeling not as many people will be using the jj 2500 os as did the 1000. at least at first.

If music is your career path, spend more time doing just that instead of hanging around here with a bunch of kids talking about their new toys. I really don't give a damn about what you do. I am a gear whore. I buy shit because I can. Again, don't worry about what I am doing and focus more on yourself. But to enlighten you a bit...I am in College. I am completing a Liberal Arts Degree in Recording. The school teaches on a Mac..so smart azz, I bought a Mac. And with that said, this is still just a hobby. And for your information, producers/engineers/dealers/musicians are always looking for the next toy(s) to take their creations to the next level....silly. That is why Namm, AES, etc are such big hits. Don't be hatin

Why in the hell would you be excited about an OS to an MPC that you don't even own? Dude, you really need a girlfriend if this OS excites you. Ease up off the computer son and go wash your hands :P

And your feelings may be right...no one wants to intentionally install a buggy OS in their MPC...

yeah most people just buy their mpc with a buggy os already installed at the factory.

You show so much hate/dislike for a company and its products...

Why do you continue to use Akai products??? (it is an Akai product) Why don't you try to get JJ to build their own version of the MPC or use another product from a rival company that is better/bug free?

The JJ OS was released with all sorts of bugs, yet you are still hyping them even after you paid for the OS. Oops I forgot, they gave it to you for free for talking people into buying the software in the first place.

love the product, hate(d) the os

and no, i paid for it just like everyone else. you just continue to talk about what you don't have a fucin' clue about, it makes you look great.

You are a liar so I don't believe you. You are getting paid for hyping the OS. Are you trying to say that the JJ OS doesn't have bugs? If so, then you are calling the 1000 users that you tricked into buying the OS liars?

camman you gotta give akai some credit they got jj up to 2.1 ....I mean with out that jj would be implmenting all the features from 2.1 by him self....that would be some work!

So how does one sell something that doesn't completely belong to them. The JJ OS uses Akai's source code, no? So, what's the real deal? Go ahead Antonym. You are a JJ paid employee, so tell us what is really going on.
