I can respect that....I didn't want the track to have the standard kick snare pattern so I doubled up the snare a little....it is in time though, lol!!!!

Thanks for the feedback!

I passed my votes to sinister, cause i liked his sound and the structure of the track better. Good looking out on that koto or what it is.

The (pan) Flute synth sound LaJ used were kind of plastic-sounding to me. Plus the drums weren't too well crafted on his beat I think. And these are things I am very picky about. All in all - without wanting to be disrespectful and all - I am a lil surprised LaJ is leading the battle. But a vote is a vote, right?! Maybe I am focusing more on the sound thing then on composition, but since this is some type of no-samples battle, I think someone should try to create the most natural sounding stuff that can be created on a synth if you do not use real instruments. So based on this rating scale I decided to vote for Sinister.
Props to both of you cats for not putting gunshots and other killer-aggressive isht in your beats, like it's popular nowadays.

PEACE...

@ satoyo if you want we can hook up some friendly battle after I took out that getmony2008 guy... i think he ran for cover...

I was feeling the stick a lot on LaJProd's a lot, the verse was dope to me, I could picture an emcee riding hard on it. I just hated the flute in the chorus...with a passion.

Sinister, for some reason I could picture Lupe on this beat, based on what I heard on Food and Liquor. I'm really torn on this one, really I could vote either way, both tracks weren't really my steez, I can't honestly say I like one better than the other. Tie.

I set the verses up like that for that reason....I knew someone was going to hate the flute, lol....Personally, I am not too happy with it either....It will be changed when an artist gets on it!!!!

Thanks for feedback!!!!

Yeah, the triton isn't known for its good-sounding flutes....

I do appreciate the insight!!!!

I go for LaJProd on this one, though it seems like you had no control over that hi-hat lol.I found sinister's beat kinda boring, and LaJProd got mi attenion with that flute or whatever that is............both of you keep it up.
