autochromatic assignments with keygroup option

man alright autochromatic is phat but lets face it the same sample for all them keys heh no.. im tryn to avoid the mickey mouse effect here so keygroup would so be a great feature... say we got a sample thast great for like 8 keys anything more than that or low than that will start to sound retarded..when i ever i sample instruments i always sample 4tones version of that sound or more...this is good so it dont have that retardation of mickey mouse....if u wonder what keygroup is u can divide ur keys into sections where new sounds will host instead of the same sound spread across all keys.. example strings from keys 1-9 bassguitar 10-20 fart sounds of mickey mouse 21-32 etc.. u get the idea?

so you get the "mickey mouse" effect when you use auto-chromatic assignment? Or are you making a suggestion for a future feature?

both.. its a feature request and a small pointer i like to add on the fix.. i can avoid mickey mouse by recording more tones of the same sample.. the source can be analog synth or anything really.. we got the pitch shifter and stuff tools in mpc and in waveditor to fix this... but ya i figure i make a feature request sense all these features that are in jj are nothing to new besides the visible editors hes added. other than that the mpc jj made is the same really as the one akai released... one has a better visual the other one lets ur mind explore...
