it is deeply explained in the manual.

The time correct fonction, helps you to quantize your note to the closest value according to the time correction setting.

you've got : 1/8; 1/8(3); 1/16; 1/16(3); 1/32; 1/32(3)

set you time correct to a value and try it. then set ti to off and try again. see the result, you'll quickly get it.

Thanks again man, i know its just a case of trying it out but sometimes am not sure if what am doin is correct

Some stuff you'll get right the first time but LOTS of other stuff you won't and that is what comes with research, time, trial and error. You won't blow up anything just messing around with time correction, lol, so experiment and see what sounds good to your ears.
