MPC 1000 power

Im in Australia, we have different power (240v). i want to by a 1000 of USA ebay (cos there is none in AU)
Is the power of the MPC come from an adapter? or straight from the wall.
i want to work out if i need a step up converter, or wether it will plug staight into our power...

anyone know what i mean?

Its no problem the power supply is universal, all you need is a cord that you use for a computer power supply and plug it into the mpc.

I am australian but live in japan, so I brought the mpc so in the future I can take it back to aus, thats one of the good things about the mpc (compared to cd and vinyl decks )
