No, I like it...but when I use it ...I use it with batteries and on my lap...so that is its spot when not in use.

I bought it because I like it... and it has a different use in my set-up than the 1000. Sure, I don't need it...but we buy many things we don't need. The 500 is cool, but it is the most un-user-friendly of any MPC.

No, I bought it from Nova Musik...it is the Solar edition... they had Moog custom make them for their store. I wanted the regular edition, but Nova gave me this for less than the Performer edition goes for at any other store.
