ACID or Cubase MASTER

Ive been trying for a while now to get the mpc to control acid.

I have this connections:

MIDI IN (INTERFACE) --> MIDI OUT (MPC)
MIDI OUT (INTERFACE) --> MIDI IN (MPC)

When i play a note in the piano roll of ACID or Cubase i can hear the sounds of the MPC, but if i play a pad of my MPC i can´t record it in my sequencer, my sequencer dont receive the midi signal. I want ACID like master and can record my tracks of MPC like MIDI signals.

What would i do it?

On the track, turn the S: to Midi...this will send the sound out to your MIDI Device and not to the MPC Sounds...

If i turn the S: to MIDI... and i press a patch...i cant hear the sound that i have in that patch :S, i dont want sequence plugins in my MPC, i want to put a track of my pc in a MIDI channel of my sequencer
