Program changes to modules

Ok , I figured out that MSB:0 is for preset patterns and MSB:1 is for the user patterns...pheww!!1

Now if I use my sound module in performance/Multi mode I wonder if I'll be able to assign midi channels to instruments from the different user patterns or am I restricted to only one pattern?? Wow that would be awesome if I could, it would save me a lot of time.

In performance mode, you should be able to choose/assign any instrument/patch in your synth to that performance.

Ok...yeah I did a search in the pdf manual of my module and it doesn't say anything about Multimode maybe it's not multitimbral,but since it has a 20 pad polyphony doesn't this mean it's multitimbral? My other synth is mono-phonic so this means it can't be multitimbral, right?? The final keyboard I work with(roland JV-30) is definitely multitimbral, it says it right on it and setting that one up it very simple.

edit: I know the mono phonic synth can have up to 5 synth parts I got that much....so never mind on that.

only thing you need to know is basic. But on each midi module there's an ID to getting in on different banks ,like with the proteuse2000 ID is MSB/00-LSB 1-3 User ,and Programs would be let say MSB/13 LSB 1-7 Banks,now with the Mo-phatt chip in the P2k MSB is I think 04 LSB 1-8.
Now I have the triton and It's Id is MSB 63 and 67 LSB A-H which in turns
A is 1 B is 2 and so on.
